1. Cancellation Policy
Clients are encouraged to provide advance notice when they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment or session.
Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be rescheduled without an additional fee, subject to availability.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
2. No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment or session without providing advance notice, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
Adam Rose Fitness LLC reserves the right to charge the applicable session or cancellation fee for missed appointments.
3. Program and Membership Cancellation
Clients who wish to cancel an ongoing fitness program, coaching package, or membership should contact Adam Rose Fitness LLC and provide the required cancellation notice.
Cancellation of a recurring service will generally prevent future charges after the applicable cancellation period. Services or sessions already provided remain payable.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or program purchased and whether the service has already been provided.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or specific program terms:
- Payments for completed sessions or services are non-refundable.

5. Digital Products and Online Programs
For digital products, online programs, downloadable materials, or other electronically delivered services, refunds may be limited once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded or used.
